This hotel has an excellent location adjacent to the beautiful Brindavan Gardens. The staff provided very good service and the breakfast was really amazing. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

The toilets are old and dirty, the rooms are very dusty with lots of spider webs. The place is nicely designed but haunted.Nothing much to do in the area itself, not worth an overnight stay. The employees were hostile.

We had booked for King rooms and they allotted Queen rooms but then charged us for King rooms. So please beware!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location within Brindaban gardens was absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed the stunning views from my room and the balcony seating area. The staff were incredibly courteous and accommodating, making sure that all of my needs were met. The hotel provided excellent services, including room service, housekeeping, and laundry facilities. I also appreciated the range of amenities available, such as the in-room safe, mini-bar, and flat-screen TV. The restaurant served delicious meals, and the bar/lounge area was a great place to unwind. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

The place seems in bad shape and not kept well at all - e.g. old smelly towels. The service quality is patheteic and the staff looks not trained in basics.

The hotel's location was perfect for my business trip, with easy access to the nearby botanical gardens and dam. The breakfast spread was delicious and offered a good variety of South Indian cuisine. I particularly enjoyed the live counters for dosa and the egg station. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making sure to attend to all my needs during my stay.

My recent stay at a hotel in an excellent location, right next to Brindavan Gardens, was a mixed experience. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating, especially Manjunatha at the Elephant bar. The food was reasonably tasty as well. However, the hotel itself was quite run down with poor maintenance. The shower was horrible, the flush didn't work properly, and there were ants everywhere. Additionally, the balcony latch was loose and easily accessible from outside. The promised buffet dinner turned out to be a disappointing set menu, and the breakfast lacked proper heating for some dishes. The additional toll fees and entry fee to the hotel were unexpected hassles. Lastly, the lack of elevators made it unsuitable for people with disabilities. I would recommend this hotel with reservations due to its location and friendly staff, but improvements in maintenance and services are needed.

Long traffic jams due to tourist vehicles, poorly managed rooms, lack of basic amenities like drinking water and TV remotes, unsafe balconies, and delayed service. The hotel's WiFi and TV channels didn't work properly.
